Alright, listen. I’ve fucking had it. This shit is inexcusable. Between this absolute fuckery regarding reproductive rights and the fact that we’re still treating gay people as second-class citizens, I HAVE FUCKING HAD IT.
I’m having a rage blackout right now so I can’t even write a coherent statement about this, but I need you to know this: If you support ANY candidate who says that he knows more about my reproductive rights than I do, I will never speak to you again. If you support ANY candidate who says that my uncles, who have been together for TWENTY-SEVEN FUCKING YEARS, cannot get married because THEY WERE BORN GAY, I will never speak to you again. If you support any candidate who says that if I were to get pregnant from being RAPED, I should just DEAL WITH IT AND NOT BE ALLOWED TO GET AN ABORTION, I will never speak to you again.
It’s inexcusable and it has to stop. Stop apologizing for Republicans and conservatives who make statements like this. I don’t give a flying shit what your Bible says, I don’t care how you were raised, and I sure as hell don’t care if you decided to place more weight in fiscal politics than in social politics (what in the actual hell?). IT’S TIME TO PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS AND USE YOUR BRAIN. We’re all human beings, so let’s treat each other as such. Anything less is unacceptable.
